CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEES
Registration fees include handouts, continental breakfasts, luncheons, breaks, and reception. Note: Self parking for hotel guests is complimentary
Location
The Annual Water Conference will be conducted in San Diego at the Hilton Mission Bay Resort, located at 1775 East Mission Bay Drive, San Diego, California.
Will you stay at the Hilton Mission Bay Resort?
You can contact the Hotel directly to reserve your room, we have a special conference rate of $205 per night (plus 10.5% tax). In order to make your room reservations, please call the Hilton Mission Bay Resort directly at (619) 276-4010 and reference Urban Water Institute. Please note the cut-off date to make reservations for the group rate is July 22nd,2008. Reservations can also be made online at www.hilton.com.
Conference Registration
All registrations should be made in advance by completing the Registration Form and sending it with check or credit card authorization (Visa, MasterCard, or A/E). Mail to: 18800 Von Karman Avenue, Suite 100, Irvine, CA 92612 or by FAX to (949)474-8258. After August 6th, 2008 registrations will be accepted at the door on a space available basis, with an additional $25 administrative charge. Registration includes continental breakfasts, program lunches, reception, plus handout materials.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing by August 6th, 2008. Faxes are accepted at (949)474-8258. Registration fee will be refunded, less a $50 administrative charge if received by August 6th, 2008. Substitutes are accepted. No refunds after August 6th, 2008. The Institute reserves the right to substitute announced speakers and assumes no responsibility for personal expenses.
